Fenugreek which i use mostly in all my dishes while preparing curries as it is rich source in iron and vitamin A. This time i added in rice with combination of fresh green peas.Usually i go to market once in a week and pick up all vegetables and we are getting plenty of fresh green peas in my market, before the season comes to close i bought green peas and i stocked in my fridge.
