I always prefer to make homemade paste, sauces and powders for my daily cooking yesterday I made this homemade schezwan sauce to make schezwan noodles,making this sauce is quite simple and and it can be stored upto one week when stored in a airtight container or glass jar.
Homemade schezwan sauce
Chinese sauce made with fiery red chillies
Soak dried red chillies in warm water for about an hour .After one hour grind soaked red chillies into smooth paste
Heat oil in a pan ,add finely chopped garlic and onion. Saute for one minute on low flame and stir continuosly.
Add ground chilli paste and cook until oil separates from sides of pan.
Turn off the flame and let it cool completely .
Store in airtight container or glass jar and it remains fresh for one week when refrigerated
