Summer is already approached in my area and we are relieving with some cool refershments and here i made this rose lassi yesterday during my lunch hours. Lassi which is made with fresh curd and some water and here i added rose flavour to my lassi. Lassi is famous in northern places and mostly consumed in punjab and whenever we go to punjab dhbas we order this lassi.

Rose syrup which is made with dried rose petals and sugar cools our body and it is mainly used during summers .Lassi which helps us to avoid dehydration during summer and it gives nutients to us , we prefer to have daily buttermilk and curd during lunch hours at summer days.

INGREDIENTS:

Thick curd              : 1 and 1/2 cup

water                      :   1 cup

sugar                      : 2tbsp

rose syrup             : 2 to 3 tsp

ice cubes              : few

chopped nuts{badam,pista } : 1/2 tsp

METHOD:

1.Add curd, chilled water, rose syrup,and sugar in a blender and blend well.

2.Blend all until it forms like smoothie, check sugar if you require more than add more sugar.

3.Now take the lassi and pour in to glasses and add ice cubes if required.

4.Garnish with chopped nuts like badam and pista.
