Sometimes  I really confused what to cook for breakfast and I want to take break to prepare breakfast sometimes especially on Sunday’s Iam very lazy person .I woke very late{ at 8o clock} and refuses to go to kitchen. Last week I am very sick and hubby ordered some tiffin from outside and we ate some tiffin.Basically we never skip breakfast because breakfast is a must for everyone to activate our body metabolism.We always prefer to have south indian breakfast like idlies,dosa,upma   and poori. Yesterday I made this simple strawberry overnight oats which is pretty easy to make.

INGREDIENTS: 

Oats             : 1/2 cup

Milk              : 1/2 cup

Chia seeds   : 1 tbsp

Flax seeds       : coarsely powdered  1 tbsp

Vanilla            : 1/8 tsp

strawberries        : 5to 6 mashed

Honey            : 1 tbsp

yogurt             :1/4 cup

strawberries for garnishing : 2 to 4

METHOD:

1.In a wide bowl take oats,milk,yogurt and mix well.

2.Add flax seeds powder,chia seeds,honey and mix well. Add vanilla essence to this mix and stir well with spatula.

3.Take starwberries and cut into small pieces and mash well ..

4. Now add this smashed strawberries to the mason jar and add as a layer ,then add oats mixture and keep refrigerated overnight.

5.In morning stir well and garnish with strawberries and serve.
